Ottawa Senators vs. Columbus Blue Jackets 

Tickets are $35 each {Please note that Parents MUST accompany cadets, 872 Staff will not be present to supervise}

 300 Level Ottawa Senators game ticket 

Cadet Night includes: 

 $10 food & beverage credit loaded onto the bar code of each ticket 

Return this form with payment on a Wednesday night at the front entrance of the school the payment can be made by:

• cheque payable to 872 Kiwanis Kanata Air Cadet Squadron ;

• cash (exact change would be appreciated) ;

• e-transfer to 872.treasurer@cadetsair.ca , or;

• credit card.

Forms MUST be return no later than Wednesday Nov 27th at 9pm. Filling this in is no guarantee that we will be able to get the tickets LIMITED TICKETS ARE AVAILABLE offer available while supplies last, tickets will be allocated on a first come first served basis, if you order tickets and we cannot get enough you will be refunded. No refunds or exchanges will be given for any reason other than the unavailability of tickets from the Sens.Uniforms are mandatory – PARENTS MUST ACCOMPANY CADETS. 872 STAFF WILL NOT BE PRESENT TO SUPERVISE
