Open to Level 5 only.
872 Royal Canadian Air Cadet Squadron will conduct a level 5 development day on 14 Dec 19 in Bells Corners from 0900 to 1600. This will allow further reinforcement of effective communication in regards to lessons, lesson planning, classroom management, effective teaching styles, etc. being taught to all levels. All participating cadets will have a fun, safe, and interactive experience.
To provide further confirmation that level 5 instructors are meeting the ‘Completed without Difficulty’ standard in regards to lessons being taught. In addition, this will substantiate the leadership training taught in the program in a safe and friendly environment.

The following instructions apply:
a. Training Dates and Location: 14 Dec 19 Ottawa, ON. At the Bell High School: 40 Cassidy Rd, Nepean, ON K2H 6K1
b. Transportation: Transportation will not be provided and personnel will meet at the designated training location.
c. Rations and Accommodations: Lunch and facility costs will be paid for by the Sponsoring Committee. Accommodations are not required as this is a single-day activity.
