IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR SUNDAY:
When picking up your cadet on Sunday, please try not to park on the side of Cameron Harvey Drive, especially in the curved section. We want to keep the cadets off the road as much as possible, and parking isn’t allowed along the road in any case. Once the gate is open, you’ll be able to drive in, pick up your cadet, and turn around on a looped section of road to exit through the same gate.

LEVEL 1s: Pick-up is at 3:00pm on Sunday afternoon.

LEVEL 2s: Pick-up is at 3:30pm on Sunday afternoon.

ALL OTHER CADETS: Pick-up is at 4:00pm on Sunday afternoon.

SENIOR CADETS: Arrive at 6:00pm on Friday evening. (EAT DINNER BEFORE YOU ARRIVE)

LEVEL 1-4 CADETS: Arrive at 8:00am on Saturday morning. (EAT BREAKFAST BEFORE YOU ARRIVE)

3. ALL CADETS: If you are sick, please do not come to the FTX. We cannot risk sleeping you with other cadets if you have cold/flu symptoms. 

 

4. If you need to pick up your cadet during the FTX for some reason, please message 613-698-5474 to let us know you are at the gate so we can walk your cadet to meet you.

5. DRESS FOR THE WEATHER. Winter hat, gloves/mitts, proper footwear. Bring your own sleeping bag if you have one. We will be issuing arctic rated military sleeping bags, but having your own is a really good idea.
