Hello, as you may have read on Mrs. Muise’s Facebook post, there are currently 2,100 Forces members deployed overseas. Many soldiers will not be able to return home for the holidays. Over the last few months, I have been working with a few local schools to encourage students to send cards to soldiers. Below is the English version of one of the videos I created that is being shown in classes.
Next week Wednesday Dec 4th, I will be collecting letters and drawings from local schools. I would like to offer the opportunity for cadets to bring in their own cards, and if possible cards from their friends, family and even their schools to next week’s parade. I will collect all the cards and send them along with the ones I have collected from the schools and my neighborhood.
