Our next gliding day is scheduled for Sunday October 6, 2019. Timings are approx 09:00AM to 5:00PM however, watch facebook and the website for updates on return time. Cadets will be bused to the gliding location from AY Jackson High School.
*The SSC will be unavailable to provide lunch so cadets must bring their own lunch, snacks and drinking water.
872 Squadron Gliding Permission Form – due by September 25, 2019
Priority will be given to those cadets that have not yet flown.
We are limited to 40 cadets that may participate and preference will be given to returning cadets that have not previously flown.
Please complete and return the gliding permission form to the Sponsoring Committee no later than Wed September 25th. Please do not submit the form unless you are certain you can attend. (The form will be provided with the registration package during registration night)

Sun hats or toque and gloves, closed toe shoes, sun screen, bug spray and a jacket are to be brought by the cadet. Adjust clothing based on weather – it can be windy and colder at the flying field.
***There is no drinkable water at the gliding site.
