Community Engagement Day – UPDATED May 5th

COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT DAY

For the list of assignments click here. We had a limited number of shifts, so not everyone who signed up was given an assignment.

1st shift – 9:00 am to 12:00 noon

2nd shift – 12:00 noon to 3:00 pm

3rd shift – 3:00 to 6:00 pm

*Please arrive 10-15 minutes early. Cadets are to go directly to the store. Addresses were included on your assignment slips.*

Wear your blue uniform. If you don’t have that, wear your green uniform. If you don’t have that, wear your squadron T-shirt with appropriate civilian clothing. PLEASE BRING A MASK IN CASE THE STORE REQUIRES IT.

UPDATE: We have been advised that parents who are not screened will not be allowed to act as volunteers during our upcoming fundraising event. Cadets will need to be driven to and picked up from their assigned location by their own parents. An SSC member will be on site to organize and supervise their shift. Therefore, parents do not need to fill out the “Permission” or “Parent volunteers” sections of the form.  

Cadets, please continue to sign up! You will receive your assignments with all of the details as soon as possible, but no later than Thursday, May 4.

PARENTS – you will need to sign your cadet’s form. We’re also asking for volunteers to drive cadets to the stores that day. If you’re interested in volunteering as a driver please fill out the Parent Volunteer section at the bottom of the form.
