Museum sleepover has been CANCELLED. For the Safety of your cadet due to the forecasted weather and the risk associated to the drive due road conditions.

LEVEL 1 & 2 Cadets + Seniors

872 Squadron will visit the Canadian Aviation and Space museum (at no cost to the cadet) on January 11-12, 2020 as part of the requirements of the Air Cadet training program. This will be a sleepover and cadets are to bring the items listed in the kit list. 

A signed permission form is required by Dec 18, 2019, to participate. The activity is open to All New Recruits and Level 2’s who have never attended this event. Numbers will have to be limited to conform to Museum maximum group sizes (60 cadets and 6 seniors). Participation is first come, first served for permission forms. 

Drop off Time	Saturday, January 11, 2020 –1615 hrs at AY Jackson High School  (Bus will depart at 1630 – if you miss the bus, parents/guardians will have to drive their cadet(s) to the museum)  Dinner and snack will be served upon arrival at the Museum.  Absolutely no food can be brought into the museum.
Pick up Time	Sunday, January 12, 2020 – 0830 hrs at AY Jackson High School
Kit list	sleeping gear (camping mattress, pillow & sleeping bag) Slippers or sneakers – MANDATORY Toiletries Flashlight Change of clothes ***shower facilities are not available***

If your name is not on the list is because you either already participated or you are not in level 1 or 2. If you are on the list an can no longer attend, please advise us soonest so we can give the opportunity to another cadet.
