I have decided to cancel tonight’s training, both in-person and online.

1. All weather reports indicate very strong winds and heavy snowfall rates starting around dinner time. I don’t want anybody being on the roads if they don’t have to.

2. Many senior cadets have exams to prepare for and changing their training plan to online adds to their workload and stress. This leaves cadets without an appropriate number of instructors.

3. Many cadets have not had to log in to Teams before and there will be many unable to this evening because of first-time gremlins.

SO…enjoy the night off.
