Cadet Correspondent Workshop

The Squadron Sponsoring Committee (SSC) will be publishing newsletters to highlight recent events and cadet achievements, as well as to advertise upcoming activities. In order to ensure the newsletter showcases your cadet experiences, we are soliciting interest from all level 3 and above cadets who may be interested in acting as a Cadet Correspondent for the various activities here at 872 RCACS.

If you are interested in learning more about what the Cadet Correspondent responsibilities are please contact Captain Manny who will act as the liaison between the Cadet Correspondent and the SSC.

In addition, for those cadets that are interested in being a Cadet Correspondent, RCSU (E) will host a Cadet Correspondent Workshop for Outaouais zone from 30 November to 1 December, 2019, at Connaught Cadets Training Centre. These workshops, given in collaboration with RCSU Central, will be offered to third-year and above cadets and others who wish to learn more about the tasks of a cadet correspondent. Please note that the workshops will be offered in English and in French depending on the candidate’s language of preference.

We have confirmed that 872 RCACS will be able to send up to six (6) cadets to this workshop. If you are interested in participating in this workshop and acting as a Cadet Correspondent for 872 RCACS, please contact Capt Manny at meaghan.manny@cadets.gc.ca no later than 14 Nov 2019. Additional information concerning the workshop will be provided closer to the workshop date.
